Gender Mainstreaming
The participants were able to identify and prioritize the training needs of the Ministries of Labor of the region to strengthen the incorporation of a gender perspective into their policies, programs and actions.
This Workshop is part of the IACML Calendar of Activities for 2008-2009, and it was organized in response to the strategic guidelines on gender approved by the XV IACML. It provided a forum for discussion of the study “The Institutionalization of a Gender Approach in the Ministries of Labor of the Americas”.
