The 17th RIAL Call for Proposals for Bilateral Cooperation was open from January 15 to March 7, 2024. During this time, the Technical Secretariat received 56 proposals from 20 countries of the region.

On February 1, a Webinar took place to explain how to prepare and present proposals. This exercise also had a match-making exercise. The presentation made by the Technical Secretariat is available below.
