ACHIEVEMENTS:

The program has positioned itself successfully among business organizations, trade unions and active workers, since its teaching model is only surpassed by transnational corporations’ systems whose platforms include license leasing for comprehensive management of human capital.

From January 2013 to December 2017, no less than 133,438 active workers were trained, which constitutes 230% more than with the previous administration.

From January 2015 to December 2017, no less than 38,370 students and 50,368 people from the general public were trained.

The program contributes to complying with sectoral objectives by promoting free training services and boosting work skills development, in order to improve access to, continuation and promotion in the labor market.
LESSONS LEARNED:

Remote training provided by the STPS is a successful experience that promotes participation and a wider geographical coverage, at no cost and without business hours restrictions. This encourages workers to use the Internet as a learning tool.

Online courses strengthen capacity building and positive work environments, thus contributing to increasing productivity, efficiency, and quality of life.
