Natalia López Fuentes
Ms. Natalia López Fuentes took office as Minister of Labor of Colombia on August 7, 2026. Minister López holds a law degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana and master’s degrees in Public Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia and in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. She previously served as Manager for Social Development and Territorial Director of the Ministry of Labor in Córdoba, in addition to holding other positions related to public administration and labor policy.
