Lessons: b-1. Adjustment of administrative control mechanism to streamline project execution and preparation (elimination of compliance bond, evaluation committee). b-2. Ongoing dissemination of the program to the business community and the community in general is needed. b-3. Placement of personnel with profiles geared to program requirements, continuous training thereof, and ongoing supervision and monitoring of project execution. b-4. Describe the challenges of the program:
c-1. To continue working on general management so that start date of the company job retraining process is harmonized with the approval and signature of memoranda of understanding to prevent abandonment of retraining as a result of delay. c-2. To ensure that officials assigned to the project have the required profile and assume the functions and commitments in the least possible time to ensure the expected successful performance in their posts. Other factors for consideration: Building confidence in the private business sector and among users/job seekers is an ongoing challenge. Other ongoing challenges are communication support, information technology support, regional coordination, and achieving professionalism and commitment to the program by management and executing officials.
