Training on Safety and Health at work

 
The Bilateral Cooperation Activity between the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of El Salvador and the Ministry of Labor and Human Development of Ecuador on Training on Occupational Safety and Health was selected in the framework of the 19th Call of the Inter-American Network for Labor Administration (RIAL) of the Organization of American States (OAS) in April 2026, to be carried out virtually.
 
Objectives:
 
General objective: Strengthen the technical and operational management capacity of the General Directorate of Social Welfare in the field of occupational safety and health through the exchange of experiences, knowledge, and best practices with partner institutions, with a view to enhancing prevention, monitoring, and regulatory enforcement mechanisms.
 
Specific objective: Develop and strengthen the capacities of technical and operational personnel to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with different job positions, while promoting the effective implementation of occupational safety and health protocols in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
