Marath Baruch Bolaños López

Marath Baruch Bolaños López was appointed as Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare on June 20, as part of the cabinet of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. 

 

Mr. Bolaños López served as Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Productivity since October 2020, where he was responsible for the Youth Building the Future program. In addition, he was private secretary to the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Bolaños López has a degree in International Relations and a master's degree in Latin American Studies, both from UNAM.
