Describe the program's most important achievements and lessons learned:
An overview presentation of GBA has been prepared by the Status of Women Office to be delivered to executive management in government as a way of informing managers and supervisors how GBA can assist them in their policy, program, and legislative work. To date, 238 staff participated in this presentation. One hundred and two government employees have participated in a two-day GBA training program developed by Status of Women Canada and facilitated through the Status of Women Office in Saskatchewan. A one-day GBA training program and guidebook, currently being developed by Saskatchewan Status of Women Office for government employees, will form the basis for a training program anticipated to be available by fall 2005.
