Restructuring of the Organization and Operations of the Paraguayan Ministry of Justice and Labor

Six officials from Paraguay’s MJT, with planning and decision-making duties, visited Brazil’s Ministry of Labor and Employment to learn about the operations of its units or secretariats for inspections, occupational health, labor relations, employment policies, qualifications, and planning. This visit was of great relevance, given the restructuring process that the Paraguayan ministry is currently undergoing.
 
As indicated by Paraguay’s MJT, this visit will enable best administrative practices to be incorporated in labor management through process reengineering actions and actions to strengthen human capital through the use of information as a tool to obtain better results, including and with the cooperation of all MJT areas.  One outcome of this visit was the formulation of the Implementation Plan, which conceptualizes the MJT’s implementation proposals and guidelines for management model modernization and was shared with all Ministry areas to determine a course of participatory action and ensure the sustainability of the process.
