Advocates Services

• Provide overall liaison between workers and employers and WorkSafeNB
 
; • Help educate workers and employers on workers' compensation policy, legislation and the appeal process
 
; • Assist workers and employers in interpreting provisions of the workers' compensation legislation;
 
• Assist workers and employers in preparing and presenting appeals before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Tribunal;
 
• Advise workers and employers of their rights and obligations under the Workers' Compensation legislation;
 
• Provide advice to workers and employers on any other matters of concern related to workers' compensation legislation and policy.
