Objectives:
To learn about the Social Dialogue model of Castilla y Leon, which has been internationally recognized as a valuable and effective experience of negotiation for achieving over 100 tripartite agreements. The model was presented by its main actors:
- Counselor for Employment (Government)
- President of the guild of Employers, and
- General Secretaries of the main Labor Unions of Castilla y Leon.
Organizers:
The Webinar was organized by OAS-RIAL along with the Embassy of Spain in the United States, and the members of the Social Dialogue of Castilla y Leon: The government of Castilla y Leon, the General Workers' Union of Castilla y Leon (UGT), Workers Commissions of Castilla y Leon (CCOO), and the Business Organizations Confederation of Castilla y Leon (CECALE).
